What if getting the life you want isn’t a matter of making a bunch of huge, sweeping (and painful) changes? What if you could make small adjustments along the way that push the right levers, leading to exactly the life you want?
You’ve probably tried goal setting, motivational tricks, hacks, apps, coaching, and so on. But it seems like you just keep repeating the same patterns over and over and never really making the progress you want in your business or life.
Or maybe you have made progress…checking off goal after goal, and still feeling…well, empty.
Or worse, you find success in one area, like your business, only to look back and see the rest of your life falling apart.
I’ve had the same struggles, and here’s what I’ve learned:
We’re meant to pursue a truly RICH life.
And what that means is unique for each of us.
For me, it means building a multi-7-figure business that’s rich in impact, while also being devoted to my health, wellbeing, family — and overall, it means being PRESENT for my actual life.
It means managing my time, energy, and money in a way that serves me, my loved ones, and those impacted by my business in the very best way possible.
It means feeling relaxed as my little one climbs on my lap during a team video call to show everyone her “Superhero Princess” costume. Because that’s part of my rich life too.
It means launching a membership community to help other business owners live their own rich lives.
What does a rich life mean to you? Not just in terms of money, but in terms of how you spend your time, how you feel, your energy levels, your legacy, how your loved ones will remember you.
It all matters. And it’s all possible.
My story of building my business from my laptop while caring for 3 young kids is true, and it’s MESSY. It was not a straight, smooth shot from starting my business to hitting my first million in revenue. Please don’t think it was easy, or clean, or that it went exactly as I expected.
I’ve made a million tiny shifts along the way that all led me to this place…and I’m STILL making those shifts today.
So, the question now is — how can you make those internal shifts?
I know it’s up to you. No one can jump in and rewire your brain for you. But I can share what I’ve learned along the way, and I can make it easily digestible.
That’s why I’ve relaunched my podcast, formerly Prosperity Lab, now called: The Rich Life Reframe Podcast.
The Rich Life Reframe Podcast helps you reclaim and manage your time, energy, and money with actionable, 5- to 10-minute reframes, so you can feel inspired, change your perspective, or try something new — all in the pursuit of a truly rich life.
Listen to the Season 2 introduction, where I share:
- What happened with the Prosperity Lab podcast and how I’m fitting the podcast into my daily mom life
- My intentions for the new podcast and what the “rich life” really means
- Plus, how to enter to win one of my programs
