Paid Digital Media and PPC Program Manager

We are a fun loving and & fast moving digital marketing team focused on working with entrepreneurs to leverage their business models to make a big impact. We specifically work with business owners selling digital products, coaching programs, and low priced ticket offers.


We are looking for a Paid Digital Media and PPC Program Manager to join our team to work daily within our accounts to implement, optimize and monitor campaigns, ensure KPI’s are being met, provide reports and trends, and continuously innovate and be strategic with campaigns to maximize lead generation results.


You’ll be part of a team that loves to collaborate, share ideas, and provide support to one another on a daily basis.



  • Develop, implement, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across all platforms (paid search, paid social, display, etc.).
  • Manage the production and publishing of all paid digital advertising assets.
  • Prepare and implement media placement strategies
  • Conduct competitive and audience digital marketing research
  • Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPI’s are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS – both short and long term.
  • Live and breathe data and spreadsheets- either an expert in (or excited to learn and become certified in) Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Serve as the resident expert to our team and in our client offerings; support sales and client management efforts as needed
  • Update the team weekly via weekly emails, calls, and reports on current status of account, successes and strategy moving forward.



  • 3+ years experience developing, implementing, and managing ongoing targeted paid digital advertising programs for clients
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Degree or certification in advertising or digital marketing preferred
  • Knowledge in remarketing, conversion and advanced targeting tactics
  • Proven experience with buying media on multiple platforms – (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube ads, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies, funnel building, and best practice for testing
  • Great analytical skills and the ability to combine and/or cross-reference data from multiple platforms into informative reports
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research
  • Possess a strong technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • You are addicted to understanding current technologies and trends in tool policies, strategies, trends, design tools and applications
  • Passionate about continuous learning and professional skill development; you are enthusiastic about collaborating with our team
  • We want you to make suggestions, test your ideas, and develop your own style.
  • Personality, drive and excitement will hold priority over experience – being a beginner is fine as long as you’re confident in your ability to learn new skills and willing to jump in with both feet to a fast paced role
