The ideal candidate will have experience in systematizing agency workflows, integrating automation tools like Zapier, and organizing projects in ClickUp and HighLevel. Additionally, you’ll be working with AI tools, so comfort with technology and a willingness to continually learn are essential.
Key Qualities for Success
To be a great fit for this role, you should have:
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with automation tools (Zapier for integrations), project management (ClickUp), and experience with HighLevel and CRM setups. Proficiency with AI tools and an eagerness to expand your knowledge in this area are also important.

Primary Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, implementing and refining SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Systems Optimization: Develop and manage systems that support operational efficiency, ensuring processes are documented and standardized.
- Project Management: Lead initiatives related to operational improvements and client success, tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Customer Success: Manage client onboarding, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Organizational Development: Evaluate and enhance organizational practices and systems to support company growth.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

We’re looking for a dedicated Student Success Coach to support our clients as they progress through our programs at Prosperity Lab, LLC, DBA Allie Bjerk. This role is essential in helping our students stay engaged, achieve their goals, and experience the full value of our services. As a Student Success Coach, you’ll build relationships with clients, provide guidance, and help them overcome challenges. You’ll also lead weekly accountability and strategy coaching calls to keep them on track and motivated. Additionally, you will actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the success of our collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Accountability Calls: Host a weekly group call to check in with clients on their progress, address any roadblocks, and provide accountability to help them reach their goals.
- Strategy Coaching Calls: Lead weekly strategy sessions to review each client’s goals and provide tailored advice and actionable steps to support consistent progress.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they remain motivated and engaged throughout the program.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on client progress, sharing key performance indicators (KPIs) in a weekly team meeting to provide updates on client success and overall program engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights, supporting team initiatives, and contributing as an engaged team member.
- Resource Guidance: Help clients navigate program resources, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations to support their success.
- Issue Resolution: Address any client concerns or challenges proactively, ensuring a positive experience and smooth progression through the program.
